I've come back fully to blogspot. The Aviary is my grassroots home: I will never abandon it. My tech support, Andy, though, is hard at work on other things, so the changes for this and the real website are going slowly.
Though I don't like the livejournalifying blogspot/blogger has gone through, I will continue what I can. I intend to have Andy look over and rework the comment system over the summer (in anticipation for a doasis.com system). An independent comment system! OMG! THAT'S SOOOO COOL!
But that's actually a long way off. In the meantime, I will continue my own work here, doing slight updates on the template of this place while a reimagining of it continues. Plus, there's always my new baby to work up. That is still not posted, cause I'm lazy.
Soon enough, I'll put up my official goodbye to Livejournal. Even I became lazy and used it too much.
As for the new era...
Pancho and Xanthus and Eaglie. The revolution begins with them.

Another quick montage of pictures from Google image search. It's like an art gallery sometimes, looking through all those pages of crappy pictures. These are my picks:
The famous picture returns... haven't seen it for a while, figured you readers could enjoy it. Popularly titled, "That's where the colored eggs come from! Mutations and horrid cross-breedings!"
And apparently, even nerds have holiday spirit this time around.
Happy Easter, you crazies.

Yes, Eaglie is still working out all the kinks of life. As is Andy the Tech Guy. Andy has to deal with things from his secret identity, however, like love, friendship, and living in sucky dorms for the next year.
Eaglie just has to worry about killing Alliance soldiers more than they kill him.

Pull up a drink, lass or lad.
Yes, Eaglie, wielder of Firinne, Irish Truth, blesses you with what Irishness he has. May the blessings of St. Patrick give you strength, and may Emerald Light guide you through your days. All one of you that reads this still.

The Aviary feels dusty. Anyone wondering about this ol' site? Problem is... the popular form is the crappy one... Livejournal.
But I, Eaglie, am making my statement now. Livejournal is officially going to be a thing of the past. For me. I will continue snide comments, but the drama filter is being shut down. Announcements may be made and funny links posted, but The Rapture of Happiness will continue here and at the new official site.
But not to worry! The Aviary needs to continue! I know that! The Aviary just needs some redesigning, I suppose.
Yeah, that... the horizon and dawn of a new age...
A preview of things to come in the next week.
